Job Specification:
- Understanding the dynamics of the residential property market to grow property services and advisory business by providing relevant information to potential investors.
- Closing NRI leads / sales queries generated through various channels (Online and Offline) with a focus on generating revenues.
- Primary focus on the US market- Sale closure through extensive mailing, Calls, FUP's and site visits (if required/possible).
- Builder relations - Negotiate the best deals (new projects, pre-launch schemes & special prices) for Window2India users, plan and execute marketing activities for specific builders / properties to generate revenue.
- Broker relations and network in Mumbai and Pune region for resale project sales.
- Direct Sales to 500,000 NRIs/Domestic Customers and generate revenue through brokerage.
Key Result Area:
- Sales Closure & Revenue generation
- Follow TATs of the Property Services process.
- Working towards closure of a deal with smooth flow of transaction and timely paper work.
Skill Set Requirement (competency)
- Experience in residential property sales preferably from Property Services Desk.
- Should be well familiar with processes involved in property services and the paper work involved.
- Should have a sound understanding of overall Real Estate market and should be an expert of Mumbai market.
- Should be a self-starter and should be ready to work in different time zones to handle NRI customers.
- Should have good networking skills.
- Candidate should display enthusiasm and should come with a fresh perspective·
- Candidate should be ready to shift to any overseas location for a short period.
Experience - Quality & Quantity: 2 - 3 yrs experience in real estate(property services) sector preferably from IPCs, Axiom Estates, All Check Deals.
